The process

1. The first contact is by phone or e-mail directly from the website. You are able to give us your own suggestion on how you imagine your home. More specifically, those suggestions concern the area, acreage, terraces, roofs and morphology of the surrounding area. 
2. Based on these conditions we create an architectural proposal which we present you.
3. If the proposal is accepted, then the building permit will be issued to the competent town planning authority. The cost of the building permit (research and taxes) is calculated before it is issued.
4. After the conduction of the research, we recommend the materials, which are going to be used in the construction. 
5. What follows, is a detailed material budget and a technical report with all the details.
6. The construction phases are paid off gradually as work progresses. (deposit 30% for the assurance of the prices)
7. And then the construction begins. The time from building construction to the handover of the house ranges from 6 to 12 working months after signing the contract.
